Privacy Policy

Last updated 4 October 2026

advisible is an AI-search visibility monitoring tool. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written plainly and reflects what the product actually does today.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email, an optional display name, and — for password accounts — a bcrypt hash of your password (never the password itself).
  • Sign-in identities: if you use Google, the identifier Google returns for you. We do not store Google access or refresh tokens.
  • Waitlist email: if you submit the pre-launch form, the address you enter.
  • Product data: the projects, brand names, prompts, and AI answers you ask us to track.
  • Provider keys you add: API keys you enter for AI providers are encrypted at rest and used only to run your own requests.

How we use it

To operate your account, run the prompts you configure, compute visibility and sentiment metrics, and send you transactional email (verification, password reset). We do not sell your data, and we do not use your tracked content to train models.

Where it lives

Account, project and metric data are stored in our PostgreSQL database. Emails are delivered through our transactional email provider. When you run prompts, the prompt text is sent to the AI provider you have configured (for example, your own provider key).

Your choices

You can edit or delete your projects and tracked data at any time. To delete your account or ask a question about your data, contact us at [email protected].
